About Larry

I've been a photographer since I was a kid. Well, at least I always felt I was or would be a photographer some day. I'm an IT Project Manager by day and a soccer/football/volleyball/basketball/jump Dad. With the transition from film to digital photography, I've found myself taking more and more pictures of my kids in their sporting activities. I also  freelance for the Macomb Daily Sports department. The more photos I shoot, the more I love photography!

I've been married for 17+ years and have lived in Macomb for the last 16+ years. I have four kids, which include my 7th grade triplets and a fourth grader, and a pair of dogs.

I grew up in Shelby Township and attended Eisenhower High School, where I played basketball and ran track, before I went off to Western Michigan University to earn my BS degree in Engineering Graphics.

I help manage and coach my kids' soccer teams, and enjoy watching all youth sports.

What camera and lens are you using? What ISO setting are you using at night? For the pictures my dad and I took last night at the LCN game, our exposure was too long and most of our action shots didn't come out.
